What Makes Distinctive Eyewear DISTINCTIVE?
As the optometrist, I think my approach is distinctive. I get to take my time with my patients. I listen to their needs and interests and that informs what frame lines we carry. I make sure we have a great staff and a welcoming environment focused on service and personal attention. I truly am excited to go to work each day. I love seeing the patients that I have taken care of for years and I enjoy meeting new faces!
FUN FACT: I stated college as an architecture major!

What brought you to Distinctive Eyewear? Why do you stay?
I was planning on filling in for Dr. Mentessi for three months while she was on maternity leave and loved it so much I never left! That was 20 years ago! And after 30 years of being an optometrist, I still love what I do.

What brought you to Distinctive Eyewear? Why do you stay?
Dr. Mentessi and I worked together in an optometry practice when I first started working in eye care! After more than 25 years in the industry, I was delighted to be able to reconnect with Dr. Mentessi and become a part of the Distinctive Eyewear family.
The entire DE staff works so well together and makes a great team, and that creates a great work environment!

What do you love about Distinctive Eyewear? What do you think your patients love about Distinctive Eyewear?
I love our patients and helping them pick out eyewear. I also love the atmosphere and our fun frame selection. After 28 years in the eye care field, I stay at DE because I have an amazing boss who cares and wonderful co-workers who have become my second family.
I think our patients love how much time we dedicate to them on their selection of glasses, as well as the friendliness of our staff.
